Key Information

Salary: Dependent on experience

Location: Exeter / London

Part-time / Full-time

About you:

You’ll need to be a talented and organised individual, someone that gets things done and knows how to optimise campaigns for the best results.

Supported by the Head of Growth and team of Acquisition, UX & CRO and Retention strategists, you’ll be trusted to optimise client projects and deliver creative campaigns across all areas of digital marketing. Being proactive with recommendations to get our clients to deliver the best results and ensuring they’re cutting edge in the world of digital. Whether that’s writing clever copy, managing projects or ensuring you keep a keen eye on performance campaigns.

About us:

Tribe has grown rapidly in the last year. We’re a close-knit team of specialists in D2C marketing that help our clients launch and grow their ecommerce businesses. Company culture and values are extremely important to us. We value a pro-active work ethic and in return, give our employees a high level of flexibility, trust and encouragement to progress. Supported with training, social events and a collaborative team.

What does this role include exactly?

You will need to have a basic technical understanding and first-hand experience of performance media. This includes how to setup, track and optimise paid social, PPC & ideally Google Shopping. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager is not essential but very useful. You will need to comprehensively understand analytics and how to apply data insights to marketing strategy. Tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager will be second nature.

You’ll be especially proficient at planning and executing paid social campaigns on Facebook. Whether you’re building saved audience types, finding clever new ways to retarget or creating lookalike audiences – you’re able to make paid social work hard for our clients.

You’ll work reactively to make sure creative, copy and audience types are timely, budgets are managed effectively, and clients are kept in the loop.

You will need to ‘get’ brand positioning and how to put yourself in the shoes of the end customer, as well as the client.

Performance media or paid social experience is critical but if you have an interest in copywriting and creative that is a welcome bonus.
