Software company evolution

HWC is a SaaS company that works directly with corporations to build advanced software systems. With over 20 years’ of experience, they have developed and maintained technical solutions for a number of national and global clients including FTSE 100, current Top Track 250, and private organisations. Their software offerings include two distinct products; RewardsFlow which encompasses all aspects of employee compensation; and MARFlow which is software that ensures compliance for Market Abuse Regulation. HWC came to Tribe with a website that was entirely geared towards RewardsFlow, they wanted to unify their offerings and refresh their brand.

Creating a brand personality

Tribe got started by refreshing their branding, providing a new logo, fonts, colour palette and graphic language. Accessibility was hugely important to HWC, so we tested crucial elements like colour contrast right from the start. The branding is vector and motion-led, a departure from the stock photography used on the previous site. We wanted to create some engaging assets to demonstrate their brand in header sections whilst creating a synergy with compliance.
